- Physical, liquid, or accidental damage.
- Misuse, improper installation, or operation outside the instructions.
- Repairs, disassembly, or modifications by non-authorized technicians.
- Damage from power surges or incorrect voltage.
How to Claim
Keep your invoice
Your original proof of purchase from REHBIL LABs or an authorized retailer.
Capture the issue
A short description with a photo or video of the fault helps us resolve it faster.

Contact the store you bought from, or our team on WhatsApp, email, or Discord.
Returns & Exchanges
Unused products in their original condition and packaging, with seals unbroken, can be returned within 14 days of delivery, with proof of purchase. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and only they can be replaced or refunded. Requests are handled by the store of purchase or REHBIL LABs only.
Authenticity
This warranty applies only to authentic ASIAHORSE products purchased from REHBIL LABs or an authorized retailer. Products from unlisted or unauthorized sellers cannot be authenticated and are not covered.
Liability
REHBIL LABs' liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. REHBIL LABs reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
