Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we confirm the ones we accept by email.
- Give us your correct name, address, phone number and email. You don't need an account: check out as a guest, or sign in if you have one.
- You can cancel any time before dispatch, not after. If you paid a cash on delivery advance, we refund it when you cancel.
- Pre-orders are the exception: a product marked Pre-order is paid in full upfront by bank transfer, and a paid pre-order can't be cancelled. It arrives in 7–12 days on average, and an order with a pre-order item ships in full when it arrives.
- If we spot a price or product error after you order, we contact you before going ahead.
Prices and promotions
- Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and can change without notice. You pay the price shown when you order.
- Promotions and discount codes are valid only for their stated period, and can't be applied to past orders.
- If a promotion's own terms conflict with these, the promotion's terms apply.
- Shipping is free on every order.
Payment and delivery
Pay cash on delivery, or by bank transfer to our Bank Alfalah account from any bank or your JazzCash / Easypaisa app. Cash on delivery adds 4% WHT and sales tax to the order total; a bank transfer takes 5% off it. Cash on delivery takes an advance of 20% of the order total, paid the same way as a transfer; the rest you pay in cash when your order arrives. There's no card payment, so we never handle card details. Pre-orders are the exception: they're paid in full upfront by bank transfer only, and ship when the pre-order items arrive.

For a bank transfer or a cash on delivery advance, the account details appear at checkout and on your order confirmation screen. Need them again? Message us on WhatsApp.
We ship all across Pakistan. Bank transfer orders go out once we confirm your payment; cash on delivery orders, once we confirm the advance.
Damage in transit, reported within 48 hours of delivery, is resolved under our Refund Policy.
We aren't responsible for parcels lost because of a wrong address given at checkout, or for courier delays beyond our control.
Products
- We show every product as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on your screen.
- Descriptions can change, and we may discontinue a product at any time.
Reselling and reviews
You're free to resell what you buy from us. You may not present yourself as REHBIL LABS, or as an authorized dealer, without our written permission.
Reviews on product pages come from verified buyers. Store reviews (Spill the tea) can be written by anyone and appear only once we've checked them; one approved with a photo or video earns a one-time discount code. We welcome Google reviews too. Keep yours honest and your own: we may remove reviews that are false, offensive or unlawful.
Content and conduct
- Our logos, images, text and brand identity belong to REHBIL LABS. Don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
- Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their owners.
- Don't use this site for anything unlawful, try to hack or disrupt it, or impersonate REHBIL LABS or our team. Doing so ends your access.
Liability and law
- We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Beyond what our Refund Policy covers, our liability is limited to the value of the product you bought.
- We handle your details as our Privacy Policy describes.
- We may update these terms. Changes appear here with a new date, and using the site afterwards means you accept them. No hidden edits.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
