Orders

Your name, email, phone number and delivery address, what you ordered and the site language you ordered in. To deliver your order and email you its confirmation and tracking number.

Accounts

If you make an account: your name, email, a username if you choose one, a phone, address and city for checkout (the ones you save, or those from your first order if none are saved yet), and when you last signed in. Your password is kept only as a scrambled hash that no one, us included, can read. To sign you in and fill in your checkout.

Sign in with Google

Google gives us your name, your verified email address and your Google account ID. We use them only to sign you in and fill in your account. Google also sends a link to your profile picture, which we don't use or keep. We don't get your Google password or your contacts, and we never post to or change your Google account.

Contact and retailer requests

Your name, store name, phone and email, plus anything you choose to tell us. To reply to you.

Area 67

Your handle (if you give one), email, mobile number (if you give one) and setup photos. To feature your setup and send you its coupon. Your number and email are never shown on the site.

Reviews

Product reviews: your name, rating and review, shown on the product page; your order number and email only confirm your purchase and are never shown. Store reviews (Spill the tea): your name, rating, review and any photos or video, shown on the site; your mobile number and email are never shown, and are used only to send you your discount code and tie it to you.

Restock alerts and updates

The email or WhatsApp number you give us, and the language you browse in. Only used when you've asked.

Nothing else. No ad campaigns, no profiling, and nothing from Google beyond the sign-in details above. We use it to serve you, and that's where it ends.

No ad trackers. No analytics. Nothing following you across the web. Just the essentials:

Language cookie

Remembers the language you picked, for up to a year.

Sign-in cookies

If you sign in, a cookie keeps you signed in: for up to 30 days with “Keep me signed in”, or until you close your browser without it. While you confirm an email code or finish signing in with Google, a short-lived cookie is used that stops working within 30 minutes. Used only for signing in, never for ads or tracking.

Your cart

Kept in your browser's storage, on your device. We only see it when you place an order.

Videos

Video tiles load their thumbnail from YouTube. YouTube's privacy-enhanced player loads only when you press play.

We treat your data the way Bruce Wayne treats his identity: guarded, protected and not up for discussion.

Reasonable security measures are in place, and only authorized people at REHBIL LABS can see it.

We keep records only as long as we need them for your order, your warranty and the law.

We delete your account when you ask. Orders you've placed stay as order records, kept only as long as your order, your warranty and the law need them.
