At REHBIL LABS, our code doesn’t end at checkout. If something isn’t right, we make it right. Here is exactly how we operate.
CANCELLATIONS
Changed your mind? You may cancel your order at any time after payment, as long as we have not yet shipped it out. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately through our website or social channels and we will get it handled.
RETURNS
Our return window is 7 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met.
The product must be unused and in the exact condition you received it. For sealed products, the seal must be completely unbroken. The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories and contents included. Proof of purchase is required to process any return.
If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we are unable to accept a return.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to report it to us. After inspection and verification, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement depending on the product. We will work with you directly to reach the right resolution.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed directly back to your bank account.
Sale items are eligible for returns and refunds under the same conditions as regular priced items.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending items back. REHBIL LABS is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you received a defective unit, report it within 48 hours of delivery and we will take it from there.
