ORDER PROCESSING
We process and dispatch most orders within 12 hours of payment confirmation. In some cases this may extend to 24 hours. We move fast because that is the standard we hold ourselves to.
Orders are processed on business days. Any orders placed on public holidays or Sundays will be processed the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMES
We deliver all across Pakistan through M&P Courier. Estimated delivery times vary by location.
Major cities such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi typically receive their orders within 2 to 3 business days. Other cities and remote areas may take 4 to 5 business days depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or holidays beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES
REHBIL LABS offers free shipping on all orders across Pakistan. No conditions. No minimums. No hidden charges.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, we will send your M&P tracking number directly to you via WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your package in real time on the M&P website.
Please allow up to a few hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

PAYMENT
All orders are processed via bank transfer only. Your order will be dispatched once payment is confirmed on our end.

WRONG ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct delivery address is provided at the time of order. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately through our website or WhatsApp before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence and we will resolve it. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for further details.
REHBIL LABS is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
